Hello Experts,
I have burned successfully several SVCD´s from DVD using DVDx and Nero. (1 DVD -> 4 SVCD´s)
Now I would like to reorganize the files. This mean merge the MPEG2 files in one and split them again (I would like to create more tracks to make the navigation more easy)
While I can read easily the created MPEG2 files with PowerDVD is impossible to open the MPGE2 files stored in the SVCD.
- If I try to move the files to an other SVCD with Nero, it tells me that the format is not correct (allthough it can be displayed without problems with a DVD player and it was burned with NERO!
- with TMPGenc (MPEG tools -> split & merge) is also not possible, the format seems to wrong.
- With the other tools MPEG Encoder is also not possible
I have already loaded the free MPEG2 coded from ELECARD and run the REGISTER.BAT file. However no program can read the files.
So it seems to be impossible to do something with this SVCD MPEG2 files. I can display them with the DVD player, but no more..
Any hint ?
Thanks!
Alex
