  1. Hello, l have a pioneer 104 dvd re-writer which l am burning my completed dvd's with at present. My problem is that 3/4 of the way through the dvd film the picture will pause and then break up. I am burning with prassi primo with l don't feel is the problem. I am doing a straight copy of a already copied dvd so it's very straight forward but l keep having this type of problem. The strange thing is my standalone dvd player a (philips) seems to play them one day and then not the next! again at the 3/4 mark of the film. This also when l try to jump to that scene it will freeze and then just not play. I have used generation three dvd disc's and now am using fws discs? any idea's as to what this is, is my dvd re-writer not writing correctly when it get 3'4 of the way through? any help greatly appreciated.

All I can say is that pause/skipping near the end is either a problem with your player not likeing the media or just cheap media.

  3. these disks are totally shite!!! they are similar to the bulkpaq disks that cause some problems with the pioneer!! they will get to about 50 to 60 mins & the picture is screwed! who ever you bought them off send them back & demand a refund! if they are from svp U may have some bother as they say they burn ok!
