I don't know how to fix an error in SPRUCEUP

Hey, this is my first time ripping a DVD and I am using: DVD 2 DVDR for Dummies
Digital-Forums DVD2DVDr guide. Easy step by step process on how to make DVD-R from DVD's:
When I get to the step in SpruceUp where I am suppose to export it; when I click write an error pops up and says:
PAL/NTSC Video Format mismatch with Project Settings
Does anyone know how to fix this under Export project info it says it is a PAL project. and a MPEG 2
If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Is the m2v file that imported from a PAL DVD? Are you trying to create a PAL or NTSC DVD-R?

There's a startup box in the new project box that ewuires you to set it for NTSC or PAL. Did you set this correctly???

I am unfamiliar with your referenced guide. What is the address of the site?

PAL/NTSC Video Format mismatch these are video formats
NTSC is North America @29 frames per second
Pal is reast of the worl @ 25 frames per second

You chose to make a pal project but imported a ntsc fromat video?

I'm guessing here.

Was your source pal or ntsc?
