How do i add my own logo(jpeg)on first run(dvd) using dvdit

Anyone any ideas?

Basically when i put my finshed authored disc in my player ...the first thing i want to see is my own custom logo (much like the copyright warning) when a disc first plays....can anyone help me out with this as i have tried and failed many times.

click the movie strip and your workspace on the right should be empty.make sure you are in menu mode. right click in the empty workspace click add file and search for your jpeg.drag that to the first play menu icon directly to the left.i slap a button on that saying play and or chapters and link it to what i want to show . good guides in the how to section here uder authoring menus and chapters

Thanks for that bit of advice...worked a treat...it's actually very simple...i was just too thick to work it out...doh!!

One more question...how do i put audio on the Menu? and does it have to be a certain file type...can i use mp3?

ive never actually tried the audio thats a good question id goto the help screen there or post a new question here glad i could help
