Various little questions

Can someone answer me these simple questions please.
I've just bought a Pioneer DVR104 firmware 1.33 and I can't get Prassi DVD to recognise the drive. Any Ideas? Nero recognises it.
Also can someone with more brains than me please point me in the direction of an RPC1 firmware update for me as I daren't guess at one and bugger my drive up.
Also, is there a way of making the movie the first play in DVD Maestro as I find that after authoring my Movie only and adding the chapter file created with chapter extractor I find that I have to run it all through IfoEdit first to be able to play it and it tells me to delete the video_TS.VOB and VTS_01_0.vob and then select Get VTS Sectors.
Also, In ReMpeg, what happens if you re-encode the dvd at 352 x 240 screen resolution? Does this result in a smaller screen size or smaller file size or what?

Install the demo version of RecordNow MAX (which is an updated version of PrimoDVD) and it will fix that problem.

Also, is there a way of making the movie the first play in DVD Maestro

Yes, after you have loaded the chapter information, click on the Movies link on the left and drag the first chapter to the First Play position.
