  1. i have made an mpeg file bigger than 4 gb in order to burn it to a dvd it has to be in smaller parts
    but whenever i try a program to cut it it doesnt work
    is there a tool/way that can handle big files?

    I suggest the source frame function in TMPGEnc. Some may swear by the Merg & Cut function, but it does not like my system.

    Anyway, with the Source Frame function, you tell TMPGEnc what part of the original video you want encoded, and the name of the new file. Do this twice, once for part one, once for part two.
