The conclusion:
if you plan to capture with High quality (usefull if you want to
make SVCD with TmpgEnc), use Morgan MJPEG codec !!!
Huffuv ~ 500 mb/min
PicVideo mjpeg @ Q 20 ~ 500 mb/min
PicVideo mjpeg @ Q 19 ~ 200 mb/min
Anything below PicVideo @ Q 19 can't be mentioned with the word quality.
