How do I make a VCD with motion menus in ulead dvd workshop? there is no tab or button for this feature.

VCD's do not support motion menu's

you can have menus that move, ie an mpeg. TSCV does a good job of this, and lets you have a preview of your mpeg(s) playing on the menu. I'm going to write a guide for tscv so look out for it in the near feature
