I am a newbie and I just made my first VCD! My only problem is that I played it in my DVD and the picture is only on half the screen. Someone please help, I''m ready to pull my hair out!

    Thanks

    Is your video resolution 352x240??

I once forgot and put a video at 320x240 and had a similar problem.
There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway.

It is at 320x240. How do I change it?

  5. What is your source, rip from DVD or convert from avi? How did you encode, frameserve from v-dub to TMPGEnc?

I think your problem is resolution becuz 320x240 isn't really VCD spec. I'd suggest you start to load default VCD template in TMPGEnc (PAL or NTSC depend on your source framerate).

I convert from AVI using Virtual Dub and Tmpgenc. It was the resolution and it works fine now. Thanks for all of your help! It did make the picture a little less sharp. Is there anything that I can do about that or is that just the way it's going to look. Still good quality.
