create an actual CD from the virtual CD

I used a few CD-ROM emulator programs (e.g. virtual CD 4.3, Fantom CD & CD space 4.1). All these softwares are capable of creating virtual cd drives and virtual cd images, in their properietery formats. These virtual CDs can be inserted in virtual drives and then they behave like actual CDs in actual CD drive.

My problem is that I created a virtual CD from a VCD, through these programs and now lost my physical VCD. The virtual VCD exists in my hard disk, which I can play by inserting this in virtual cd drive.

Now after inserting the virtual VCD in virtual drive, I can see the VCD folders in virtual drive through Windows Explorer. I tried to copy these folders and tried to burn them on a physical CD. But theVCD thus created does not play on my VCD player.

I want to know that how can I reproduce the same physical VCD from a virtual CD created in my PC.

Once the Virtual CD-ROM is loaded use a VCD authoring package to rip the VCD. VCDease http://www.vcdeasy.org/ can do this easly. You will end up with either a bin/cue or xml/mpg files depending on the method you use. These binaries can then be written out to any burner CDRDAO supports.

Just copying the files off of a VCD will not cut it. These files are orginized in a very specific manner than is not a normal iso9660 data format.

just do a disk to disk copy using your vitual cd as the source.i do this with daemon tools all the time.

That's right. Just to a CD to CD copy with your favourite burning proggy. For this particular task, CloneCD is recommended.

In the future, I suggest that you download Daemon-Tools to use as a virtual CD program instead. Rather than using its proprietary format, Daemon-Tools can mount the common image formats as a virtual CD (e.g., ISO and CUE/BIN).
