    OK gang,
    Here is a true newbie queston.
    I have seen and read numerous posts/articles regarding CD-R CD-RW DVD-R even DVD-RW. But I have also seen posts regarding DVD+R and DVD+RW and have I believe seen that applied to CDs as well. Thus, finally, my question is can someone explain the significance of the (-/+) after CD and DVD.
    e.g. what is the difference between DVD-R and DVD+R, etc.
