    I would like to add text in mpg file. It will appear in few places in mpg file.
    Please advise how I can perform this. Thank you

    Hello, I use TMPGEnc and there is no option to add text to mpeg file. Any other easy to use software you can recommend that can add text in mpeg file. Thank you

    Well, actually, if you are adept at AviSynth, you can add subtitles in TMPGEnc.

    Or if this is a one-time-good-deal, you can download Ulead Video Studio 6's demo. Load your video into it, use the Titles Page to install your subtitles there.
