  2. The resolution of your TV is no where near that of your monitor. Get up close and compare the size of the dots. Hence the picture on your TV will not be as sharp as that on your monitor. This is a physical limitation, not a lot you can do about it.

  3. To make stuff more easy to read in TV Out mode you should set Windows (I presume you are using it). Check in Windows Help for the exact way to do this with your version. Also in other programs (such as MSN) set the font size to be large. Also lower the monitor resoloution to 640 X 480.

hmmm i can't change my cpu to that size only 800x600, im just wondering is the only reason why they give u t.v. out is to watch movies or play games on your t.v. .....because i don think people can use it for very much else hehe(it's all good i guess)

  5. Basically you hit it right on the nose. They figure the main use is for you to play DVDs. Text, webpages, anything with alot of small characters will look blurry. What you could try is to enlarge the fonts, they may make them easier to view, but other than that there isnt much you can do about that.

EDIT: If you ever get a HDTV, you will see the screen will look much more normal because HD is the same format that you monitor naturally makes. Thus its like second nature for the vga signal to go to hdtv resolution.
