  1. I have this really crappy TV which only has a coaxial cable input (cable wires). And I just got a new APEX DVD Player and it only has digital output (yellow, red, white wires). So I can't connect it directly to my TV.

I don't want to buy a new TV (with digital inputs) or a VCR (digital to VCR, and VCR cable to TV), so I want to see if there was a work around, sooo...

Is there something small that I can buy that will allow me to connect these two devices together?

  2. If there are no audio video connectors I dont think there's anything you can do. I don't believe they make anything that can go from composite connectos to coax. Also, the red, yellow and white connectors are analog not digital.

Yes, they do make a converter box for this. I have one. I think I got it at Best Buy, but I've also seen them at Radio Shack.

  4. By the way, those outputs are not digital, just plain old analog left /right audio and composite video.

    Look for an RF Modulator.
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

  6. Won't the macrovision screw up the video if you use a converter?
