    What is the best setup for TMPGEnc if I want to create SVCD from my miniDV tape ?

    I tried standard SVCD template and result have visible blocks during fast moves of camcorder. (amateur shaky hands )

    AVI file is created in Sdudio 7 (DV COdec).
