Here is my delema.....I have the VisionTek XTASY everything video card, which by the way is GREAT! One problem though....my hi8 has a Video/Audio out port that only uses the cable that comes with the camcorder which has a standard RCA Yellow(video) / White(sound) jack.
The XTASY card doesn't actually have an audio IN port, it only has a
Yellow (Video IN) / Line IN (audio IN). Anyone else have this problem??? Anyone know of an Audio IN to Line Out cable??? I don't want to have to use the dang mic! That would suck.....But i may have no option

I think what you may need is an adapter that converts your RCA cord to an audio in plug. You post is a little vague, but could thid be what you are talking about

Most stereo stores have them. Just print out the picture and take it to the salesman.
