I have noticed that some DVD+R's say that you can burn up to 9 hours of video with EP mode. How do i go about burning in different modes? Does the MPEG2 have to be coverted to a smaller bitrate or somthing ? Thank you much

that is for settop dvd recorders that you hook up to a tv.
it simply reduces the bitrate to the video recorded ep would be about vhs quality.Where I walk, I walk alone. Where I fight, I fight alone.
