    I am wondering what is causing this, I have couple of AVI eps of shows, I am trying to convert them over to VCD however when I use TMPGenc for some reason the video converts over brighter then the source. I can not figure out what the heck it is.

    If you click on setting, then the advanced tab you can adjust the brightness and colour to your preference.
