  1. i have 2 avi clips that im trying to burn to dvd and my simple dvd maker has given me troubles i got ulead for its supposed ease of use. ok to get them in i open ulead in capture mode? i then click the folder and add files so noew ive got the 2 avis on the timeline i tell it to burn and it converts only one of the files and i can only seem to highlight one or the other!
    its frustrating and please if you use this software give me a few pointers and tricks, on menus burning etc i cant figure it out!

  2. Best thing to do is encode the files with another package like TMPGenc and add those. I have made several discs this way in MF and it worked great.

  3. thats what i though tencode to mpeg 2 first then import then do i import the way i described? through the capture screen and click the little add to file? if so how do you hi lite all clips and tell it to burn them?

    Take your AVI files, render them in TMPGEnc then open ULead Movie Factory and select "Author Menus". Import the MPEG-2 and burn the DVD . There is extensive information on this site about the process of creating DVDs. Here is a good place to start...
