  1. I followed the guides on this site to create a VCD but it's really bad quality. When viewing the .avi file on my computer it's DVD like quality. But on VCD it's horrible. How do i fix this?

    did you convert this avi to a mpeg and burn as vcd?

    what did you use to convert.

    convert your avi to svcd its better quality

    VCD quality is not that good. If your DVD player will support SVCD or XSVCD, I would render your AVI into an MPEG2 file with a higher bitrate and resolution.
