Hi --
I used TMPGE to covert an SMR AVI file (352x240, frame rate 20) to an mpg-1 file (352x240, frame rate 29.97). When I tried to use EZ VCD creator to burn it, I got the message, "This file won't work in a VCD player." Under details it says the system clock reference is 1084 and that is why it won't work.
What did I do wrong, and how do I fix it? Any help appreciated, and thanks in advance,
-- Eric

Load in a "Template" with TMPGEnc, This sets the correct settings for the VCD format.
Video-CD NTSCFilm (MPEG-1 352x240 23.976fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)
The above template is for NTSC
