I want to use the drag and drop on my wmp to move up and down the videos but the bar stops rolling after one minute or so. A friend told me to find out about key frames. I do my capture from TV with a PVR where I can choose MPEG or VCD (maybe avi too,...not sure).
My videos range form 3 to 5 minutes on average, sometimes 10 tough.
Can anybody out there help me out with this?
Thanks
