I keep getting this error when i add video file into DVD Maestro
Progressive Frame Flag in picture coding extension is set to 0 (xc1070013)
I have Re-encoded a couples of times i dont know what i am doing worng.

It's neither (it's "pilot" error)... Try running your .M2V file thru PULLDOWN and set the following option:
"-PROG_FRAMES P"
I am assuming that your are encoding a 23.976fps source, then using PULLDOWN to set the RFF flags for proper 29.97fps operation.
NOTE: Do not set the sequence to progressive.
