Not really, but when I capture the video, the output I see on the PC and after encoding on a dvd player, I notice these bright horizontal lines would scroll from the bottom up. They are not really bright but just brighter.
I'm capturing from my Dish PVR, S-Video using ATI AIW Radeon, using both VDub and AVI_IO.
Any ideas?

I get the feelings they are Analog Video Noice.
Get better S-Video Cable,
turn off the Hair Dryer when capping etc. -
Thanks, I'll try that out. Would adding say a ferite core help? I used the "thickest" s-video cable I got, but then again these are ones that came with the dvd/dish receiver so I'm really unsure of their quality. Guess I'll do a little shopping today.
