    is there such a program that allows to view your avi files as NTSC for TV viewing in realtime without converting it?

    exactly, I want to view my avi files normally in my TV, I dont' want to convert it just to view it properly in my TV, Encoding VCD format really takes much Pain in my time.

    I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. I believe your video card has TV-out so you just play your AVIs full screen and hook your TV out to a TV.

    You can view whatever you want through your Video card as long as you have the model with the TV-out connector. I believe your card has the capacity to output a TV res of 1024x768.

    As long as you installed the proper drivers, hook up the video out to a tv or vcr and turn on the TV feature.

    The audio will come from your sound card either through your pc speakers or through a cable connected from the speaker out connection to the tv (instead of your pc speakers).

    Just play your avi full screen on the pc and watch it on TV.

    That's it.
    There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway.

    yes I can view the avi files but the colors are not in good quality, because these avi files are not NTSC format. therefore i had to convert the avi files to mpeg NTSC (or VCD Ntsc) first before i can watch the movie in best quality. i was hoping a software can view the avi file as VCD format realtime without converting the file itself
