i'm using VDUB 1.4.10 to frameserve to CCE 2.5 for making a VCD
no changes are made to CCE's settings
i'm trying to burn to a VCD the produced file,
but nero complains about the video stream of MPEG1 with this message
'stream encoding which is invalid for a (super) Video CD'
and nothing more
the file has all VCD's characteristics
i'm i doing something wrong ?
which are the correct settings for CCE to avoid these errors ?

CCE seems to muck up muxing - export the files as an ES Elementary Stream
This creates a seperate video and audio file
Mux them together in either TMPEGenc or BBmpeg and this will be ok -
sounds like when you are encoding, you are using an mpeg 1 stream, but when you attempt to burn the finished product, you are selecting a super video cd, which is mpeg 2. Encode as mpeg 2 in cce, or, choose to burn the disk as a regular video cd in nero. To test how you encoded the file, try to burn it as a video cd rather than as a svcd, see how nero responds. if it puts it through without any errors then it was a regular vcd. hope that helps.

This is something I noticed. However, turn of the compliance checks and burn the VCD anyway then test it. Should work ok.
I'm making CVDs and VCDEasy used to complain about the invalid size so I just turned off the compliance checks and it works fine.
It aint CCE.
