problem playing SVCD on compatible players

I have problem to play a SVCD-disc on a Samsung 811 but no problem on a Pioneer 535.I made the movie in TMPGenc/Nero and on the pioneer I have no problems even when I burn it with Verbatim/Blue CD-R's.When I burn with a black Memorex it sometimes read it on the samsung but most time it's the same error, and the player says No Disc.
Why,? The samsung player can play VCD/SVCD so I dont understand,Please if you have a tip or so,help..

You should try using a different type of media (CD-R)to burn on, as there have been many reports in this forum that the Samsung range (709,811) are very fussy about what they will accept.

Best thing to do is use the search facility of the forums and type in "Samsung" and see what others have used, or if someone has admitted to owning a Samsung 811, and his email address is visible, send him/her/it an email. Failing that, send them a "Private Message".
