  1. So I go to rip all about the benjamins and the vob files come out, but the sound is messed up, the first vob file has no sound and the other ones just have director commentary. I use smart ripper, any suggestions, or anyone know whats up? Thanks.

  2. Pretty common that if you playback a single VOB that the sound
    will not play back sometimes.

Select a different vob from the same rip and it have sound etc.

It also seems that you need to select a different audio track.

If you open up the Video_TS.IFO in powerDVD instead,
the movie should playback with sound. (so include that with the rip)

DVD decrypter is a little better too.

  4. doesn't really matter about the sound in the vob files....i'm assuming you're gonna encode it into mpg.

most of the time if you directly playback a vob, the sound isn't gonna be the right audio track...

just make sure you select the right audio track when you use dvd2avi

  6. yeah audio seems fine now, but on a side note, I dont think it is incorporating the deleted scenes and outtakes like they did last time. I just change the file names to go along with the vob sequence. Worked the first time I tried it, but doesnt seem to be this time.
