    I had the same problem except I got NO chapters OR subtitles. I found that if you re-encode the video file only with TMPGEnc then all will fall into place.

  3. the problem can be solved this way:

    use CCE manually(Robshot method) and save the project (*.ecl) and shutdown CCE... then use ChapterXtractor and and load the main movie IFO, then go to the Format tab and define a new format:

    Presets -> CCE
    Format: -> chapter=%f:

    leave others blank!
    You then should have something like this:

    chapter=0:
    chapter=19035:
    chapter=28224:
    chapter=48132:
    chapter=62046:
    chapter=74529:
    chapter=94153:
    chapter=102532:
    chapter=122404:
    chapter=139381:
    chapter=155191:
    chapter=165919:
    chapter=184153:

    now copy this and open with notepad that CCE Project file *.ecl and paste those chapter's end of that file and Save...

    Now open CCE again and open that *.ecl file and Encode... after this you should NOT have ANY problems with chapters or subtitles with DVDmaestro...

    Zzzzzzzzzzz
