svcd out oy sync

i encoded a divx avi file to svcd using tmgenc but its like 10 seconds out of sync.I got an error when opening the file in virtuadub which is attached below. I opened the avi in virtua dub first to get the audio so i could give it to virtua dub if that makes sense im sure u know what i mean.

oh yeah to view the link to the jpeg you will probably have to copy and paste the link into a new browser, because the host does not allow file linking from this site.

That error should not matter if you save the audio as uncompressed pcm wav audio.

how do i do that because i read a guide on here and it wouldnt work i got another error that said the input audio doesnt match the output requested or something likle that.
