    can anybody tell me can i plug my cam or video player into my pc and make an image then convert it to vcd also do i need a special card to do this

    It really depends on your camcorder. Mine has no USB port, so I have to use a capture card, which lets me load my images/audio via RCA outputs into my computer. Some models come with the USB connection, cable, and software included. I am sure your owner's manual has the details of what your camera is capable of.
