  1. I have encoded some avi files in tmpeg to svcd with no problems.. When I try to convert some other avi files I keep getting an error at the begining of the conversion. If I convert the audio to a wave file in virtual dub then use that for the audio source it works but the mpeg audio is always out of sink when I burn it to a cd. Can anyone tell me the best way to fix the audio sync problem ..

  2. theres a facility within tmpgenc to correct any audio/video synchronisation errors. its on the source range page at the bottom. hope this helps

  3. I have used the delay audio in the source range setting and got it to match up with the vidio when I play the mpeg on my computer but when I burn the mpeg to svcd the audio is still out of sync.. HELP ANYONE!!!!!

    Scan the AVI for junk frames using Vdub, save out another copy before using it with TMPGEnc.

    See my other posts on using "Vdub MP3" if you get problems with normal Vdub
