Where can I find AC3 DVM codec?

I have an AVI in 2 parts which I joined together with VirtualDub; however, the audio is preventing me from finsihing the movie. I ran it through AVI Codec check, and it reported it as a AC3DVM:

Audio Stream: FAST Multimedia AG DVM (Dolby AC3), 48000 Hz, 448,000 kbit/s, 5 channels 1 stream.

I've installed the Nemo codecs and made sure the AC3 codec was installed, but still no go. The avi file is a XVID. Running it through VirtualDub where I try to use full processing mode, I get the error:

"The requested aduio compression is not compatable with the input format. Check the sampling rae and channel count of the input to match those of the requested format."

So in order for me to finish this project, I need to find this codec. Any ideas are welcome.

Virtualdub cannot decode ac3 to wav so use for example this method instead, http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=91588
