    I have a few video files that are split into their audio/video streams (.ac3/.m2v). They are PAL format and I'm trying to convert them to NTSC format.

    What is the best way to do this? I'm rather new at this so any help would be appreciated. I thought I could use TMPGEnc but now i'm not sure how to do that.

    i suggest you use the NSTC template, that will automaticly convert your AVI to an MP(E)G in 23/29.976FPS file
