Hi to all DVD-Artists
I have a problem copying an Original-DVD 1:1 with all subtitles, languages and specials. I rip the DVD to HD, so I get some Ifo- and vob-files. I locate the main movie in vob X, reencode this movie with ReMpeg and then remux the created m2v-file with IfoEdit. That works most the time fine but after this what i have to do ????? I need an exact description when to press which button, when to copy which vob to maybe another folder and so on. All I found in the WorldWideWait is how to copy only the main movie WITHOUT any extras. I want a 1:1 copy of an Original-DVD WITH all ! Maybe someone can tell me how to ?

Unfortunately, there is no "duplicate DVD for dummies" yet like there is for VCD and SVCD. Exact duplicate of a DVD is still more of an art than a science. There are guides at doom9.org and at mpucoder.kewlhair.com/derrow, but I've found that each disk I've tried to copy is different and you have to understand something about the format in order to do the copy.
You have to remember that, especially with more recent titles, they're not trying to make it easy to copy this stuff. A lot of the older titles are very easy to copy with the guides that exist.
