I am fairly new to this but I can not seem to get my svcds to look really good they all seem to look very pixelated. I am using movies that I download. Even if they look good on my pc they just don't seem look as good on my TV. Is there a setting in tmpegnc that will give me the best outcome?

heck your resouloution on the file.

If the file is above 480x480 then use CCE to convert to a svcd at 2500cbr.

If below 480x480 then use tmpegenc to convert to vcd.
