I have a collection of VOB files that I demuxed and imported into Spruce.
I made my DVD layout and when I went to compile the title set I got the error:
PAL/NTSC Video Format Mismatch with Project Settings
Does this mean one of my videos is in PAL mode? If so, what it the easiest way to check the format of either a .VOB file or a .m2v file?
Also, if I determine one (or more) of my videos is in PAL format, whats the easiest way to convert to NTSC?

Bitrate Viewer or WMP will report what the frame rates of your videos are. PAL is 25fps and NTSC is 29.97fps.
