    I Had gotten Smartripper moving along nicely, but now everyone seems to suggest that DVD Decrypter is a far better ripper... but its SO SLOW. I was doing 15 and 20min rips now I'm back to almost an Hour... any idea how to spend this thing up?

    Start with:

    ForceASPI v1.7

    See if you have DMA turned on in devicemanager/ata-atapi.
