vob -> SVCD in 3 files, but last file = 830 MB!!!

HIya

I've had this issue in two films using DVD2SVCD with TMPGEnc. The first two discs come out great, but the last is too big to burn. My settings look file with a limit of 3 CDs of 80min. What's the deal?
