    Major,

    I am trying the new chunck fixed version and for some reason even though I am using a bitrate of 1500 my 3.9 Gig VOB turns out to be 2.1 Gigs when the encoding is done.

    I am using the presets. Any ideas ?

    If you set profile=SVCD then the bitrate will be fixed to the standard 2500 no matter what you enter in the bitrate field. To use the custom bitrate you must set profile=XSVCD.
