  1. I copied a DVD to my hard drive, and tried using flask mpeg (both versions, new and old) and niether work. They both make the file, then i go to encode "part0" with tmpenc, and it tells me 90+ hours remaining. Does anyone know a way to get the subtitles from a DVD to a .ssa file, or a way to make them encoded in the video that works?

  2. I don't know too much about DVD's but this maybe can help you. In SSA page exists links to subtitles converters, from other format to SSA (vob to ssa). Maybe this works!
