I have on occasion come across a bin/cue download that does not play in Virtual Daemon Tools. I can mount the image, but it won't play in my WinDVD4. To view the video, I use Isobuster to extract the mpeg. However, my question is, if Virtual Daemon Tools doesn't read a particular bin/cue, does that mean it won't burn properly, even though I am able to extract a playable mpeg file using Isobuster?
I've double, triple, quadruple checked the cue files, and the file names are exactly the same as the bin files and the paths are generic.
I am wondering if there is another way to verify that the bin/cue files will work even if they don't play in Virtual Daemon tools? I would rather just burn the bin/cue using VCDEasy than going through the extra steps of extracting the mpeg. ALso, I may be missing chapters without the original cue files.
Thx

One thing that you can try in such a situation to be sure, is to regenerate the CUE/BIN image.
Use VCDXRIP to extract everything in the CUE/BIN image and then immediately use VCDXBUILD to recreate another CUE/BIN image...
For those not comfortable in using command console tools, you can try using VCDImager Tools GUI: http://www.vcdimager.org/guides/vcdimager_tools_gui.html
