i just bought a View Sonic TV Tuner, no problem with playing tape from VCR, but when i try to capture them, it said " Video Capture Device Is Not Detected". I tried WinVCR, VirtualDub, Virtual VCR, remains same problem. Can someone show me how to make it work. Thanks for the HELP guys !!!

I don't really know about your tv tuner but if you want to capture videos with that you should make sure that it is support that function (capturing).
The easiest way to do that is by checking the manual or cd-rom driver that included with the tv tuner and try to find something about capturing or device driver called WDM driver. This is the driver that you need to do capturing. If you find it, install it and try again.
You can check if it is properly installed or not by looking at Start - Settings - Control Panel - System - Device Manager - Sound, video and game controllers... and there would be several name like WDM A//V Crossbar, WDM TVAudio Crossbar, WDM TVTuner and the most important is WDM Video Capture.
Otherwise, your tv tuner might not supported that function.
