Ffmpeg VOB>VCD Help!

I can't get Ffmpegx to work on my computer! I've searched this forum for an answer but I did not find anything, can anybody help me? I'm triying to VOB>VCD and I get thi message in the Terminal:

Use 0SEx first to decrypt the VOB.
