  1. I have tried with the newest version of tmp.
And installed a new sound editor called SCMPX. I have tried both to just encode the the file and to take the sound out of the avi file.
So when the TMP asks of the video and sound files i have tried both to just give it the whole avi file(with both sound and video), and also give it the video and sound file seperate.
But when I encode it, burn it and watch, BUT NO SOUND!

I have also tried not to use the SCMPX sound encoder.

Anyone who have the same experiences?

    tlund!

Lots of us have. That is why we know you did not read all of the Newbie Guides.
If you get audio errors, out of sync problems or bad audio or no audio at all, try to convert the audio to wav before converting.
I should stop right here, but I am feeling magnaminous 8) Read this guide.

But since you say you loaded but the audio and video separately, the only thing remains is to make sure you have the right template installed.
    Hello.

use this guide to extract the audio to a wav file then in tmpgenc use the avi for the video input and the wav for the audio input.
