Can DVD2SVCD help converting PAL to NTSC

I am using DVD2SVCD using CCE 2.5
It is working great everytime.

I have some PAL avis that I wouls like to use DVD2SVCD to encode and convery to a NTSC SVCD.

Is there a way to tell DVD2SVCD to using 480x480 as the output instead of 480./576 that is select based on the input?

Is there a way to tel DVD2SVCD to execute pulldown to covert the 25fps to 29.94 fps?

It wouls be nice if there was a way to tell DVD2SVCD that my desired output format is SVCD NTSC.

I have been using dvd2svcd and have converted some films successfully the other way round ntsc to pal .With 2 cce crashes out of six .I reencoded these 2 using safe mode and that worked but as for pal to ntsc I think I have read that it does not work the this way round.Just found this try here
