I pulled some video off of my ReplayTV, however, getting those shows to Video CD does not appear to be for the faint of heart.
The MPEGs need to be converted before they can be stuffed onto a VCD, so I have used three methods with the following results:
* TMPGENC will convert about half the file and then crash completely. It does this with almost all of my files.
* AVI2MPG2 will convert the whole file, but the sound on the output file is very weird. You can hear it but there are other annoying tones in it as well.
*Nero will convert the file on the fly, and can complete the entire file, but the audio and video are out of sync by enough to be annoying.
Can anyone help me with how to fix one of these problems or provide another solution?
