Hey, I just started burning vcds to play on my sony dvd player. The vcds I burn aren't made by me, there just downloaded from morpheus and other programs. Problem occurs after the first time I watch them. They get really choppy the 2nd time around for some reason. I can't play them properly after the first time, why is that?????

Are you getting the same results when you use both CDR/CDRW disks? Try burning an audio CD and playing it to see if that gets currupted. What i'm getting at (and this is just a theory) is that maybe your Sony's laser is in some way corrupting/damaging recordable CDs (it is theoretically possible if the frequency is out).
