I have a DVD Rip of Iron Monkey overall the file is 300MB.s The thing is that it plays really good on the computer...so when I learned to make VCD"s and stuff I converted the movie using NERO....I was a beginner I know Nero sucks ass...the movie came out horrible it was all pixelated. SOOO I was wondering if I convert the AVI to Mpeg 2 using TMPGEnc would it get better or should I just download another better version of the movie..because apparently Mpeg 1 wasn't good enough....??

Also dont use nero to convert the movie. use some other software that is better at encoding mpeg files, like tmpgenc or cce.
Nero's specialty is not converting its burning -
yeah, the file is TOO small to get a good quality, and get yourself TMPG, free, easy and good!
