Everytime I play the file I just encoded with TMPGEnc and play it back with Power DVD and STHSVCD and others, at the very bottom of the screen it shows a green bar (sorta like a widescreen look except with green bar at very bottom). It wasn't there when I previewed it with TMPGEnc before encoding!?!? I would also like to add it's a (X)SVCD with 352X240 resolution. Any help would be necassary:P
!!!
How do you insert a picture (image,Img)?

Bet your using pulldown on playback aren't you? It's just a thing with the powerdvd decoder. Should play back fine in a standalone (and maybe with another software decoder). I had the same thing.

Yes, how did you know? I wish I had the knowledge you have about encoding with 3:2 Pulldown
